Detectives with the Sarasota Police Department are asking for the public’s help in identifying a theft suspect who gained access to a business in the 300 block of John Ringling Boulevard, Sarasota, and stole a painting and artistic mirror valued at $2,000.

The business owner believes the suspect, who was caught on camera stealing the painting and artistic mirror, stole them sometime between 8 a.m. on August 13, 2019 and 5 p.m. on August 14, 2019.
