Swearing-in ceremony held for largest recruit class in SPD history
On Thursday, August 31, 2023, Sarasota Police Chief Rex Troche held a swearing-in ceremony for 18 new Police Officers, the largest recruit class in department history. The ceremony was held at the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall.
The following Officers join the Sarasota Police Department as 2nd Class Probation:
